"Навіщо розпалювати цей вогонь? Він зараз йде на парк "Жовтневий". Уже в пожежну подзвонили", – повідомив автор відеозапису.
На оприлюдному відео видно, що масштабний вогонь охопив значну частину чернівецького парку.
